Texas A&M dorm question: Balcony or Modular

Hi, I am trying to decided which type of dorm to stay in:

Balcony is $1,750 a semester, suite style (share a bathroom with the room next to you), and opens up to the outside. Dimensions: 11" by 14"
[Residence Hall Living - FHKC Complex](http://reslife.tamu.edu/housing/halls/fhkc/)

Modular is $2,500 a semester, private bathroom, opens to a hallway. Dimensions: 12" by 17"
[Residence Hall Living - Hobby Hall](http://reslife.tamu.edu/housing/halls/hobby/)

If anyone has experience with these type of dorms feel free to share, I am just having trouble deciding if the more expensive dorm is worth it. Since it is better quality and what not.

Thanks!

Post this on the A&M forum. Modulars are nicer, but more expensive.
