Texas A&M Petroeum Engineering

What are the benefits of choosing A&M as my college if I plan on going into Petroleum Engineering?

It has one of the best Petroleum Engineering programs in the country and its graduates are heavily recruited.

Virtually every relevant company recruits A&M Pet E grads. It’s an extremely well funded program with oodles of resources in terms of research, internships, and interest clubs. The only potential downsides to a TAMU PetE degree are if you prefer a smaller school and/or a less conservative one.

Both my parents were alums, my dad a was mechanical engineer, and they both have been extremely successful in there life time.

One thing about my Dad is that he has not only been in successful in the energy business, but also successful in other areas of business like finance and real estate.

Its a very well respected program with no shortage in opportunities.
