<p>Hi i applied to Texas a&m for mechanical engineering for fall 2012 but they refused me but at the last moment i receive an admission to nuclear engineering. What should i do? even if i do nuclear engineering i can’t go this semester so how can i change the semester to spring 2013?</p>
