One of the supplements on common app for TCU is “what do you hope to discover about yourself after your time at TCU” I was going to put stuff along the lines of “that I have the drive to thrive at a top school” and “that i chose the right major”. Are these the type of things they are looking for or does it just sound like I’m doubting myself? The recommended length is around 100 words.
What DO you hope to discover after 4 years in any college? Write about that…whatever it is. They are looking for ability to express oneself and that you are thinking about the future.
I answered this question when I applied. I geared it towards looking into the future, after I have already graduated, and seeing everything I had accomplished during my time at TCU.
