Okay guys so i just finished up junior year and the problem is that I am barely outside of top 10%. 64/620 // 10.3%. So like I’m really afraid now because the scholarships that i was hoping to qualify for are for top 10% applicants. For example, the Tier one scholarship at University of Houston and the Top 10 Percent College of Human Sciences Presidential Matching Scholarship at Texas Tech (9k/year). Is there any leeway for me to qualify for those scholarships even when im barely outside top 10%?
I also am in full IB and have a decent SAT score of 1400/1600.
If anyone could shine some light upon my situation, please do.
