Texas State / Louisiana State - What Are My Chances?

Hey, I was wondering how I would stand if I were to apply to either Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, LA) or Texas State University (San Marcos, TX). I am a Texas resident, and I actually live right by the city of San Marcos (I’m from Austin). My dad got his degree from LSU, also.

ACADEMICS:
-Unweighted GPA = 2.75
-Weighted GPA = 3.27
-ACT = 22

EXTRACURRICULARS:
-Navy JROTC all of freshman and part of sophomore year.
-Political Debate Club member all of freshman and part of sophomore year.
-Basic Leadership Training graduate from Camp Swift ARNG base.
-Starred in a Theatre production (actor).
-FCCLA clubmember sophomore year.
-Anime Club secretary officer.
-Ambassador of student council at my HS.
-25 hours of community service.

Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

(ALSO, if anyone could chance-me for The Citadel, that would also be appreciated!)

Edit - Student AIDE, not council.

I don’t know if The Citadel is still trying to expand. If not, your time in JROTC might still help you out, but hopefully you raised your grades last semester just to leave no doubt. If you aren’t a senior yet, consider rejoining the JROTC program.
I have to opine that if you can’t maintain A/Bs now, The Citadel MAY not pan out well. The difficulty there will be juggling mandatory cadet life with your academics. You will most certainly be running on little sleep and nourishment the first year. Pretty much all four years will be miserable. Expect your GPA to drop a point and you have to fight to get it back up from there.
