Thank you- will chance back thoroughly. :)

Hey CC- Chances etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Numbers:
My school doesn’t do it on a 4.0 scale, nor does it account for honors/AP- though after 3 years on the advanced track (most difficult courses) with 9 honors, 4 AP (APES, WHAP, APUSH, Chem) and 3 mandatory regular classes so far, the raw number would be about a 95. I’m about #5 in my class of 235.
-Next year, taking 6 APs. (Calc BC, Physics, Lit, Euro, Gov, Bio.) (10 total)

Scores:
-34 ACT, 8 on essay.
-800 Chem SAT II
-750 US SAT II
-5 on all APs, 4 on Chem.
-Planning to take a couple more subject tests in the fall, possibly retake the ACT.

Awards:
-Honors with Distinction since Freshman Year
-Highest averages in my grade for APUSH and WHAP
-Brown University Book Award
-Best effort in physics (lol, school award.)
-All league for XC, honorable mention for track.

ECs:
-Varsity XC since 9th grade, 2015 Captain
-Varsity Track since 9th grade, possible 2015 Captain
-Varsity Golf since 8th grade
-Model United Nations- 4 conferences (2x Harvard, Brown, Australia), one minor award.
-One of 3 Americans to attend the 2014 United Nations Youth Australia National Conference, most elite MUN conference in Australia. Flew with a few friends, worked with Australians on solutions to major global issues like climate change, and had our group proposals sent to the Australian Parliament. Prime Minister of Australia, Tony Abbott, recorded a speech for us for the conference opening.
-Junior/Senior Rep to the School District Board of Education and Audit Commitee. Principal chose me after a formal interview/résume process, only student from my grade chosen for the 2-year position. We update the community during the televised meetings on the happenings at the school, raised awareness for the importance of the budget vote (passed).
-As part of the BOE/Audit position- started advocacy project to petition Albany Rep Any Paulin and reduce impact of NYS GEA formula on our school, essentially winning back $101,000 directly to our district.
-Science, Spanish honor societies, and Math/National in the fall.

Other:
-Traveled to Europe, DR, Japan, Australia, etc.
-Won’t qualify for financial aid.

Thank you very much for your time. :)- and willing to chance back, of course.

Scores are fine (maybe slightly on the low side for Top schools), not many APs so far, but that’s also alright if your curriculum was the toughest that your school has offered + with a lot of APs senior year. Your ECs, are good enough, and shows that you are all around, and focused on the few things you love. Definitely try to make your MUN performance stand out in your essays I’d say (is participation in the austrialian MUN selective?). Ivy league admissions, are as they all say, are so random and very difficult to predict (and therefore Reaches for everyone), but I’d say you are definitely a qualified candidate to enter the randomness…

Cornell (CAS): What’s CAS? Reach
Dartmouth: Reach
Williams: Don’t really know much about
Columbia: Reach
Amherst: Don’t really know much about
Yale: High Reach
Princeton: High Reach
Colgate: Don’t really know much about
UPenn: Reach

I generally consider schools that you are applying early to as Low Reach/High Match, as it shows strong commitment to entering the school. Also, even in the case you get rejected (which hopefully won’t happen at all), remember, as I said that Ivy league admissions are extremely random, and don’t get too disheartened- for all you know, it was a mistake.

UPenn: low reach

If you plan on being a Gov or IR major I think you’ll definitely have a chances considering your great ECs.

Cornell: High Match

I think the rest are low-mid reaches. Your stats are solid and your ECs are good so be sure to have some unique essays. Chance back?
