<p>A 3.7 GPA is not bad at all in certain schools. I know people who have a 93-94% average (which equates to about a 3.7) that take all advanced courses and go to a rigorous private/public school and rank around 5-10 in their competitive class of 150 students… this satisfies the GPA requirement for the Ivies and top colleges. TAKE GPAS in CONTEXT PEOPLE. Getting a 3.7 GPA at the local joke public school is different than getting one at a competitive private/public one.</p>
