<p>I kind of forgot that this was due today. If I mail it now, it will be postmarked tomorrow. If, however, I sprint down to the GPO by midnight today (current 10PM on the East Coast), I’ll get marked tonight. Think it matters?</p>
<p>I don’t think its <em>too</em> big of a deal if it’s a little late, they just want to make sure to have it in that general time period.</p>
