The 10 Snowiest Colleges In The Country According To AccuWeather

"AccuWeather.com compiled a ranking of the 10 snowiest colleges based on annual average snowfall, placing some upstate New York schools right alongside universities in Michigan and Alaska.

There is a caveat, though. Some schools located very near these campuses were not included, because as AccuWeather told Inside Higher Ed, they ‘could not include all the colleges in the surrounding areas without being repetitive in the same region,’ so ‘we choose those colleges that we believed the most people would know.’ …

The list is not complete, Flagstaff AZ (NAU) has 100 inches annually.

I guess they did not include any Canadian universities for obvious reasons: McGill University in Montreal 120 inches of snow per year and never a “snow day”.

Very dubious list, probably not worth postiing here. Does not include a single school in the Rocky Mountain region, although the Rockies actually do get a lot of snow. For example, Boulder, CO (U of Colorado) gets 193 inches, which should put it near the top of the list.
