<p>I am moving out of the dorms and They are making me pay a $400 withdrawal fee. If I were to get kicked out of the dorms would I still have to pay the fee? My plan is to smoke a blunt in my hall until the ra’s come get kicked out of housing witch is very close to happening for me, considering I have been caught with alcohol handfuls of times including an mip which I had to talk to the dean about. What do you guys think?</p>
<p>If you smoke weed, they could press charges. You can lose financial aid for drug offenses. Makes $400 seem like chump change. Just pay the $400 and move.</p>
<p>Not only can they still charge the $400, they can call the police and have you receiving even more charges. They can even kick you out of school completely.</p>
<p>Why would you decide to smoke weed? Most schools ban cigarettes in dorms and that won’t get the cops called on you.</p>
<p>My roommate got kicked out and he had to pay the deposit.</p>
