Most people around here know about high school profiles. 
FWIW, there is no restriction, quota, or target for Northern Virginia. The people who perpetuate that myth are not knowledgeable. Call me. I’m happy to talk to you if you are convinced of a quota since I cover Fairfax, Arlington, and the continuous cities.
