Lol if you weren’t a senior member I would most definitely call ■■■■■, but I know how you feel. The “goodbye” then always gets me and makes me kinda mad.

It’s the abruptness of it and the “Go away now” tone of the speaker. When someone is very angry that his or her scores are not available, that type of attitude is the last thing needed.

Kind of rude.
The NOW settings, I believe, is for preventing your stall when entering the numbers. London stalling will disable the system’s ability to record your numbers entered.

lol! Last year I got a 4 in AP Euro after being sure I got a 5. I could have sworn that the voice sounded very happy. 4! It was annoying. I wonder if they say 1 with such enthusiasm. :P

Ha, I could see one of the Comp Sci readers in their free time, reprogramming the automated system to the effect that the enthusiasm of the speaker is in direct correlation to the score.

As score approaches one, enthusiasm increases on an exponential curve.

Lol…mine was like “Your AP European History score is… One.” They sounded very annoyed, like…“Why waste the time?” I wouldn’t have taken the exam had it not been required.

Dude. I totally thought the same thing about the automated voice. Especially since, the first time I called, it was all like “THE DATABASE IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. CALL AGAIN LATER. GOODBYE.” Which was ridiculous, since the CB website is all “scores are available 24/7!”

Anyway, that was irritating. And how demanding the voice was about all of the stuff you had to have.

But then when I got my score, I felt like such a loser since I hit the replay button like 7 times to hear it go “Five. Five. Five. Five.” I think I was doing it as revenge for making me wait previously.
