So my AP Chemistry teacher wants us to take practice tests over Christmas/Holiday break, and since I’m also studying for the SAT Chemistry test, I decided to start with that one…and the barron’s practice test kicked my butt! It was even asking about Gibbs free enegy: we haven’t even done that in AP yet!

I have both Barrons AP Chem/SATII - personally, I find the SATII a lot easier to deal with (the AP book is just like a second copy of my textbook… but more complicated). But don’t stress, the Barrons SATII Chemistry book is usually harder then the actual SATII Chem test… I scored around the 600s every single practice test (which made going to take the actual test really frightening) but I got a 720, so eh… good enough for me

(and ps - yea, gibbs free energy is explained weirdly… we haven’t covered that in ap yet either. good thing it wasn’t on the satii chem i took!)
