<p>Isn’t that the premise for the Dilbert comic strip?</p>

<p>Some of my most challenging employees have been the exceptionally bright ones - they want to consistently press the bounds.</p>

<p>Seriously, the article provides great advice for getting along in an organization. The example the author uses of the partner who doesn’t disagree but instead asks questions about how something will be implemented is earning points for being a team player – even though he actually disagrees with the idea. It’s psychology. The author is correct that there are many ways to skin a cat – not just disagreement and confrontation.</p>
