<p>Goodall Wooten is furnished and sort of half way between a dorm and an apartment. Your suite is fully furnished but the suites do not have private kitchens.

<p>Apartments are never fully furnished. You are lucky if the apartment comes with a washer and dryer.</p>
<p>Thats a change from looking at college station apartments. About 90% of the apartments I checked out in college station were full furnished and cost less than $700. And the apartments were within walking distance to class.</p>
<p>But they are also not ten minutes away from downtown of the state capital.</p>
