Yeah, you hear about PLME the same time as admissions.

It’s definitely a stressful time, especially with finals coming up. It’s VERY difficult to concentrate. PLME is adding to the stress…approx. 50 students admitted…those are crazy odds. Fingers crossed. Hopefully 12/12/12 will bring us all some luck.

Best of luck to everyone! I just read this and thought I’d share it! Everything is helpful except the part about College Confidential! :)

I totally got 12/21/12 (“end of the world”) mixed up with 12/12/12 the other day. 12/12/12 may as well be the end of the world, as far as I’m concerned.

It’s not that bad irenles. what is meant to be will be. all we can do is wait , and pick ourselves up and dust ourselves off if need be.

Of course it’s an exaggeration but it is a significant point in time (for me at least)

I’d say it’s significant for most of us here =)
Of course it’s an exaggeration but, in times like these, it’s important to keep one’s chin up. We have enough odds going against us (though we have many going for us) without our own worries butting in. If anything, tomorrow marks a beginning, not an end. I realize how goopy this all sounds, but it’s true.

GAHHH. I’m so nervous and excited for you all! I’m a Harvard SCEAer and our results come out on Thursday. Y’all are going to rock this!

Good luck guys! :D

Just want to share this with you all:
[What not to do 24 hours before early decisions come out — BlogDailyHerald — BlogDailyHerald](http://blogdailyherald.com/2012/12/11/what-not-to-do-24-hours-before-early-decisions-come-out/)

Good luck, and remember that the world doesn’t end if you don’t get into Brown. I have faith that all of you will end up somewhere that you love.

Hi! I’m a senior from Hong Kong and it’s really exciting/horrifying that we’ll all be able to see our ED letters in 18 hours (I don’t even know what emoticon is appropriate here…)

Haha! “Dont go on College Confidential”…oops

What it should really say is don’t go to the yaybrown countdown…

I feel as if having a slight chance of getting in is making this process even worse…if it was like Harvard/MIT/Princeton I would be laughing and actually doing stuff. But since I actually have a chance at Brown, I am FREAKING THE HECK OUT

Best of luck today! (:

Hey guys,

I haven’t received any email from Brown regarding our decision release date or instructions.

Have any of you received the email?

Thanks

I havent either.

6 something hours left before I either cry and curse at brown or I scream for the rest of the night and brag to all my friends

Good luck from a fellow Brown ED applicant in China! :D

My son received a similar e-mail from the financial aid office, snickers495 (his father and I are divorced, and the message asked that his dad (noncustodial parent) submit his 2011 tax return and W-2s). Trying hard not to read anything into it, which is not easy to do. Best of luck to all of the Brown ED applicants!!!

“Good luck, and remember that the world doesn’t end if you don’t get into Brown.”

Actually, it will in 9 days according to the Mayans.
