The Cafe Watering Hole

All of my friends have mono. It’s only a matter of time.

You might want to head to the doctor to see if you can get some meds.

Sharpies are ridiculous.

The markers? I hate them. But they do smell good.

Ewwww .

HA! I just found a spelling error in The Economist. I feel so intelligent now. The Economist, as a fancy British financial magazine, is supposed to be one of the most prestigious and sophisticated publications in the world. I’m so excited.

Sharpies are very overrated.

But so is the Arcade Fire. And Bjork. Unique musical style, pfft.

Oh, JB, it looks like someone’s going to get sacked.

You should all listen to Yo La Tengo if you feel like falling asleep.

Maybe it’s a pun. But probably not. HAHAHA

I am going to sleep now.

I tend to listen to music and watch TV that keeps me going. I listen to my Latin/Salsa music, then I go to bed and turn on the TV, and I watch the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. Then I finally force myself to go to sleep. It usually takes a few minutes because I’m so wound up, but I’m getting pretty good at it. I just wish I could be like those people who can just wake up with no alarm clock. When I don’t use an alarm clock, I sleep until 8 or 9. Eek.

8 or 9? Are you 75 years old?

When I don’t use an alarm clock, I sleep until 11 or 12.

I wake up at 11:41-11:43 every day with no alarm clock. It’s the strangest thing.

I had one summer like that when I was younger. I got up at 9:02 every morning. It was pretty weird.

On Sundays, I try to set my alarm for 7:30, or else I miss breakfast. My parents are early risers. My dad usually gets up at the freak hour of 5:45. I’d really like to be able to get up at 6. I’m all for the early rising thing. It gives so many more hours in the day to accomplish things.

For breakfast today, I tore the frosting top off of a giant chocolate cupcake, ate that, then washed it down with some orange juice. I’m so healthy.

Haha. I had tortilla chips and my very own homemade spicy salsa. Yesterday I had chocolate. Just chocolate. A quarter pound of it. That was accompanied by a glass of water and a cup of black coffee. I win.

Wow, what an eventful day.

More and more Canadians are surfacing on this site. I don’t like it. I used to represent my country but now they’re all stealing that away from me.

There are quite a few Canadians on here. It’s just that most of them aren’t quite as vocal about it as you are.

Impossible.

^Until I looked up your current and past locations, I didn’t realize you were such a literature nerd.

lawl @ spelling mistake in The Economist

I found one on Princeton’s app: “Two adjectives your friends would use to desribe you”

I feel better about applying now, lol.

Well, what can I say. I’ve been thinking of changing it to Pianosa, but I don’t like Catch-22 enough to actually do that.
