My Google skills fail me. My best guess is “Aren’t you tired?”

Haha, that’s such a lame guess.

My Google skills fail me. My best guess is “Aren’t you tired?”

Haha, that’s such a lame guess.

sum
es
est
sumus
estis
sunt

There. I just conjugated the most important verb in Latin. In its present active indicative forms. There’s also present passive indicative, present passive subjunctive, perfect active indicative, perfect active subjunctive, perfect passive indicative, perfect active subjunctive, future active indicative, and future passive indicative. Sum doesn’t have pluperfect or imperfect forms, and the entire future tense can’t be subjunctive.

Lame, but right.

French is a lot like that.

suis
es
est
sommes

I’ll give it a go. The only reason I know these is from taking Spanish.

Future Indicative
Future Anterior???
Imperfect
Complex Past
Simple Past
Past Anterior??? I don’t know anything about anterior tenses.
Pluperfect
Future Subjunctive
Past Subjunctive
Present Subjunctive
Present
Imperfect Subjunctive
Past Subjunctive (yes, again)
Pluperfect Subjunctive
Imperative
Past Imperative (You mow the lawn yesterday or else!)

Plenty of those don’t even exist in English.

Yeah, anterior tenses are pretty stupid.

Enough about languages and grammar.

Talk to me about your Ohioan Adventures.

All of those occur in Latin. So.

There weren’t any.

Not even any Tennessean Adventures? Gosh. The Canadian kids are getting bored, Snoop.

I found a Canadian penny.

I could give you a Canadian penny.

I bet you could give me many Canadian things.

That sounds off.

If only Jolie were here to take that out of context.

In spirit, I suppose.

But you could. Like Canadian pencils or Canadian curtains or something.

Why do you do this to yourself?

Because it makes me giggle inside.

I have lots of Ohioan adventures, since I live there. Like the time when I took a photographic tour of my town. It made a great college essay.

I want money. Lots of it. My life would be so much easier if I didn’t have to pick schools based on how much financial aid I can get.

I’d name my children Miguel and Keisha if I could get away with it.

Caspian, too.

I know a white girl named Keisha. She’s from a very white family, too. You can probably get away with it.

I read an article once about a girl in New Zealand whose first name was Talula Does the Hula. When her parents got divorced, the judge required that the girl’s name be changed because it was humiliating for her, and not an acceptable way to raise a child.

Rocker, how is it that you speak English so well? Did you learn it all in school? If you speak Croatian at home, and French in school, it would seem like you wouldn’t have much experience with English. I must be missing something. You’ve never made any mistakes in your posts that send up red flags, and I can usually spot them from a mile away. Or, in your case, 1.6 kilometers away.

Who said he speaks Croatian at home? He speaks Canadian.

It’s Canadese, snoop. Gosh
