The Cafe Watering Hole

They look tasty enough. I concede to your wily Canadian ways this time.

Poutine is actually really disgusting. It tastes good, but it makes you feel gross as you eat it. All Canadians love it, though.

Whatever you say, Canadian.

And why would you say “they”? Gosh.

And besides, you’ve never had it. So.

I like fries and gravy. And fries and cheese. Natural progression, Canadian.

We talked about Canada in apush today.

My philosophy teacher talked about how it’s amazing that there more people outside of Canada know who Charles Taylor (if you’re thinking South Africa, you have the wrong one in mind) is than there are in Canada. So it looks like we were all making fun of Canada today.

Who’s Charles Taylor?

We talked about the French and Indian War.

[Charles Taylor (philosopher - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Taylor_(philosopher]Charles">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Taylor_(philosopher))

I just registered for the October SAT.

Nope.

I like tacos.

Getting a package after waiting for two weeks is probably one of the most exciting things in the whole wide world. Or I’m just like a five year old, and mail still excites me.

I must be just like a five year old too then.

Sometimes I wish I was five again. All you do is chill… but then I remember I wouldn’t be able to drive, drink pop, stay up past 8, etc.

I had a bedtime until my dad went to Iraq. When he came back he was shocked I didn’t immediately fall asleep at 8:15. It was kind of funny.

I have to make a budget for econ. But I don’t buy anything. Because I don’t go anywhere. Because I can’t drive. Vicious circle.

Budgets aren’t econ. Are you in AP? It’s a theory based class at my school.

My bedtime went back 20 minutes each year, or something ridiculous like that. I think it disappeared in 6th or 7th grade.

No. But econ is a required class, so I guess they figure they might as well cram as much useful information into it as possible into it.

Bones is awesome.

Never seen it.

I had my first “senior guidance” today. They told us that our grades were important when it came to applying to colleges. They also said that there are lots of different colleges. How insightful.

They do that at my school.

I’m going up north to visit colleges in October. Where should I go?

What do you think you’re going to major in?

I don’t know.
