There’s a big red splotch on my hand.

I prefer the iPod Nanos just because I hate iPod Toches.

Toches? Is that some sort of Canadian variant? Besides, Touches are kind of big. But they have internet. Hmm.

The Killers have their moments.

The Ipod Touch is convenient, snoop, don’t go nano.

The Killers have some catchy songs.

Ehhh idkidk.

Touch. It’s useful when you’re lost in the middle of Wisconsin and you can pull into a McDonald’s parking lot to use their wifi to get directions. If that’s not a reason, I don’t know what is.

I just got back from my visit to Case. It was so awesome. I can’t wait for college. But after staying in the dorm, I realized the importance of picking a roommate that’s a neat freak like me. Those rooms are TINY. The dorms are usually about 10’ x 8’. Sorry, I’m not converting that to meters. I did SO much walking. Case’s campus is about a mile and a half from end to end, and I walked that at least four times last night and four times again today. I like Cleveland, but then again, I wasn’t there during January. I wish I could visit UChicago, but it won’t happen. My parents won’t allow it. I think it’s part of their plan of getting me to go to community college.

Range Rovers are fun.

Today was relatively productive. I did 9 hours worth of physics work in two hours and a half. Not bad.

I can’t figure out to rip a DVD onto my computer so that it won’t skip. If there’s one thing I can’t tolerate while watching a movie on my computer, it’s skipping.

Siddhartha is a really good book. I’ve never read anything like it, so it’s pretty interesting.

I have become a pawn of the college board.

As you should be.

I like vortex man.

I’m currently writing my three-minute speech for the induction ceremony. I timed my reading-aloud skills, and I need to write 500 words to fill three minutes. So far I’m at 100 words. I promised myself I’d get to 100 words before I got on the Internet.

…

AAAAAAHHHHH!!! I just covered my desk with post-it notes of things I have to do. I need some sort of a miracle or a deity to help me with college applications.

This weekend was highly productive in a number of ways. Sure, I didn’t read my philosophy crap, nor did I finish my French homework, but I did everything else.

Philosophy is probably one of those subjects where you just agree with the teacher and win every time. As for French, I don’t really know how that works. I suppose it will all work out in the end.

Everyone in my English class let out a big sorry moan today when the teacher announced an essay test. She’s even giving the whole period (40 minutes) for it, so I don’t see what reason there is to complain. It’s not like writing a complete essay in 15 minutes. I hate high school. It would really be nice if the students actually did some work and didn’t just complain that they’ll “never need this in real life” or “This is stupid.”

The psat is on Wednesday. I should probably start studying for that.

I got Commended status. I thought it was just business as usual, but my principal presented me with a certificate, and I got my name in the local papers. CC corrupted me. After I got my score last winter, I pretty much knew that I’d be Commended. So it wasn’t a surprise at all. I didn’t even tell my parents about it until after they read it in the paper.

I forgot to take the psat. Whoops.

I need my subject test scores. Ahorita.

I forget about the sat in general. Hmm.

You probably won’t get them until next Wednesday or so. I’m glad I got my horrendous scores out of the way in June. I took the test and left the country three days later.
