The Cafe Watering Hole

What happened to global warming? harharhar

I’m going to have to get a myspace. Sigh. Stupid friends and their stupid graduating early.

Does anyone even have myspaces anymore? I thought that was dead.

Lab reports wouldn’t be so annoying if mathematical typesetting didn’t suck so much.

You are so oblivious.

I like pringles too much.

Nope, I just checked. Officially no one has a myspace within 50 miles of here. Must be a Tennizzler thing.

Microsoft Equation 3.0 or whatever it’s called is pretty annoying.

This song I was given by the chorus I just joined is absurd. Five different time signatures within the first five measures, then six pages of eighth-notes, syncopated rests, and staccato quarter notes. And it’s in Hebrew.

I’m in wayyyyy over my head.

The myspace is popular with the youths here.

Should I give up or should I just keep chasing pavements?

The choir at my school sings in a whole multitude of languages. On any given concert, over half the repertoire requires a translation. It wouldn’t be so bad if the songs they did in English were actually good. But it’s just a bunch of crap from the bottom of the piano bench.

I just read that “Every American has another country.” I’m trying to figure out what mine is. I think it’s Switzerland, but I’m not positive. Spain might also qualify. I was trying to not be Eurocentric, but it didn’t work. Maybe it’s the UAE. Or Singapore. I don’t know.

Inform me of this “other country” business.

What I told you is what I know. Every American has another country. The example was that for this one guy, it’s Russia. For someone else, it’s Canada. By the way, I feel deep regret that any American would pick Canada as his or her other country.

I think mine is Sweden. I love Sweden.

Mine cannot possibly be Canada. Sacrebleu, indeed.

Britain, naturally. Or England. Whichever is more correct. Harry Potter, you know.

Of course.

I just decided I will be in Grant Park when Obama wins the election, it’s going to be historic. And then I’m skipping school the next day.

That isn’t significant to me. I will be in Tennizzle, though. It will be historic enough.

It definitely will. The Tennessean suicide rates will spike in a matter of hours.

Come to Chicago. You can crash in a hostel, there’s one close to Grant Park. Problem solved. You too, Canadian.

The Canadian will be too busy lamenting the dissolution of parliament. Or whatever’s happening in Canada.

My friends are republicans. And I shall leave it at that.

Every last one of them? Road trip, road trip.

Lab reports are evil.

I want 30 Rock to be back. Now.

Election night might be a good night for a caffeine party. I’ve been wanting to have one of those.

I just made a COB photo of myself and used it to superimpose my face into a pond. I scare myself. I’m supposed to be writing my essay.
