<p>I need to get control of my life. This is just ridiculous. I have a 4.0 GPA and a 33 on the ACT, yet I can’t manage my time to get anything done. I may have to tape my computer shut again.</p>
<p>I know what that’s like, except I only have a 32. <em>cries</em></p>
<p>I just wish school didn’t start so early. I wish mine started at 8 or afterwards. Being at school at 7 in the morning is pretty lame.</p>
<p>Now I sleep in class all the time. And now I can use the excuse that I’m a second semester senior.</p>
<p>7? That blows. I start school at 8:30, 9:30 on Wednesdays, and I thought that was too early.</p>
<p>Well, my school is weird. It goes 2-12 grade so the high schoolers start early at a class called “00” and have a “0” class before the middle/elementary schoolers start 1st period at 9:30. So on your Wednesdays, I would have already had 2 classes done with when you start. That’s strange.</p>

<p>I’m banking on no school tomorrow. I’d really rather not take exams yet. I was ready for the exams I had today, but I’m not ready for tomorrow’s yet. And I still have to magically conjure two newspaper articles and a yearbook spread for tomorrow.</p>
<p>I got my PSAT scores today. 214 total, 75 cr, 68 writing, 71 math.</p>

<p>In Ohio, they usually cancel school when it’s that cold. I’m not really sure why, but they do. But then again, 5 cm of snow is enough to cancel school in Ohio.</p>

<p>I live in Chicago. There’s some cold air from some northern current thing that veered south, I dunno, my physics teacher explained it to us but I forgot. The point is, I should really go fill up my gas tank before the line freezes.</p>
<p>It’s called an Alberta Clipper. I’ve seen it called a Saskatchewan Clipper as well, but most of the people on the news stay away from having to pronounce Saskatchewan. It’s just some sort of a jet stream movement that brings cold air from northern Canada.</p>

<p>I might avoid some things. But in case we do have school, I want to be in a good position to throw everything together at the last minute. I was counting on a two-hour delay today, since we had one Monday and Tuesday. But alas, there wasn’t one. I was fine, but I would have been in a much better position right now had I had time to work on my newspaper/yearbook stuff. I swear, that should not be a combined class.</p>
<p>I don’t know the cutoff. I should probably go look though. Tennessee’s was shockingly higher than I thought it would be last year, but that’s probably just the superiority complex talking.</p>
