Yo dawg, we heard you like math, so we put a function in your function so you can derive while you derive.

I renamed the Chain Rule to the “Baller Rule.” This is now correct mathematical terminology.

Psh. Why didn’t the character map just say that? It only lists the Alt + #### code for some of the characters, not all of them. I am irked.

Yeah, Google’s pretty swell.

Alt codes are kind of annoying.

I was frivolous enough to type a whole paper for Spanish using alt codes last year. If I ever do that again, I’m switching my keyboard layout. It’s so much easier. I know all the codes really well, but it takes too much time.

“Yo dawg, we heard you like math, so we put a function in your function so you can derive while you derive.”

This is genius!

I type all my French stuff with alt codes. I know them by heart so it doesn’t take much time to use them. When I’m lazy, I just don’t use accents at all and the spell checker fixes everything for me.

Wow then. I like using the Spanish layout for the keyboard. I know the alt codes, but eh. I get tired of pushing so many buttons. The Spanish layout has a button you push first (I think it’s the ’ key) and then you push the vowel, and it makes the letter with the accent. Supposedly MS Word has its own deally, but I don’t like to rely on things like that.

Yeah, I type really fast as it is and alt codes have become a reflex. I hardly even have to think when I use them. And in French, accents play a bigger role than they do in Spanish, so MS Word does a good job of fixing up any mistakes.

This is more entertaining than I thought it would be.

Everyone loves Obama.

This is true.

It’s been snowing for over 24 hours and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop soon.

I deprived myself of my guilty pleasures today. Since I have an eight-page paper due on Thursday, I decided I’d get a head start on it so I could sleep Wednesday night. I hid my bookmarks toolbar and deleted all my IM icons. It worked. I didn’t get on until my target time. But I’ve only written two pages, and I don’t have enough research. I thought I’d pick SLR photography as a topic, since it has to be extensively researched. But alas, it’s not.

And I’m trying my hand at APA format. Only one space after each period? Bleck.

I have school tomorrow because Canada doesn’t care about Martin Luther King Jr.

Exclamation points should never be used in formal writing.

I agree. I only use them online when I’m being sarcastic and mocking people’s internet lingo.

It must be extremely dull to go to school in Canada.

It must be extremely dull to go to school in Bumblefuck, Ohio.

Oh snap.

In English I always whisper to the girl in front of me about all the things that our teacher does incorrectly. Which is everything.

I hate that class. I have to sit next to emo kids.

Not as dull as Canada. We get six or seven snow days a year, plus about a dozen two-hour delays.
