“Attractions” may be a bit of a stretch. The city of Wooster itself is located in a rural portion of Ohio. But within Wooster there are plenty of the requisite college student staples…coffee shops, restaurants, bars, local shops, big box stores, fast food offerings, outdoor recreation options, etc. It is a city of around 30,000 people and has the entertainment infrastructure to sustain a population of that size. To be fair, the students are kept busy enough with their studies that a lack of things to do during down time isn’t a big concern.
If you make friends it will be fun time and you would hardly step out of campus anyway. May be once a month. If you don’t make friends easily then it might become kind of boring since you will be limited to 2km radius around the campus. Opportunities to make friends are substantial. Clubs, sports, Gym, Frats etc.
This is not specific about Wooster though. I think majority Liberal arts colleges are in remote towns or remote villages.
Is she committing to woo:)
She is not. She was accepted to NC State and that was her top choice. A bit strange because they are both very different schools but she really did like Wooster.
If NC State didn’t say yes I truly believe she would have chosen Wooster
