<p>So once upon a time, I was a degree-seeking student at College A. Then I went on medical leave from College A and started taking classes at College B as a non-degree seeking student. Now I want to abandon both colleges entirely and transfer to College C. Which is “the college or university I last attended?” I am very confused.</p>
