<p>if you’re not reading it for the insight on the role of woman, society as a whole, or her sick narration style, read it simply because i now understand so many literary references to her that i didn’t get before. seriously, a room of one’s own is just something you should know about to survive in life and polite conversation.</p>
<p>you can just watch the dang movie for a color purple, jeeze.</p>
