To be transparent, Son has gone in for this show 7 times over the past year (5 of them were call backs.) It was a blessing that his last two looks were April 6th and 7th and some of the creative team for the tour could see him at his showcase.

Now our family has a professional actor…who can pay his student loans!

EEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK!!! OMIGOSH!!! What wonderful news! Congratulations to your son!! And congratulations to your family who can breathe easy for a while!

Congrats! This is just the beginning of the journey for your son!

Wonderful! Congrats to you and your S!

AMAZING!!! >:D<

Wow! Congratulations @ManVan and family! Any chance you’ll share the show so we can make sure to see him on tour?

Congratations to your talented son!!!
This is a great example of why you don’t turn down Top school acceptances in this very competitive business.
You have a MUCH better chance of getting work right out of the gate.
I just cringe when I hear you guys turning down these offers. Please reconsider your options. Training and name recognition make a huge difference no matter how much you try and convince yourselves otherwise.
Again fantastic news!!!

Congrats to your S @ManVan! Do keep us posted as the saga continues.

@md311mt can’t say I agree with your top school comment. Casting offers roles to the best fits (based on talent/look) regardless of which school they attend.

Congratulations! It is so encouraging to read these success stories!
