<p>Look for the eco league college consortium. There are a number of very interesting schools in this group. But realize that the best jobs dealing with the environment go to those with solid skills in biology, geology, resource management, water resources, etc, rather than general environmental studies. </p>
<p>Also, this is a fairly new, and interesting program.
