The "Free Pass" list

Well, someone asked for it on the “Sandra Bullock adopted a baby” thread, so here it is…

Jokingly, have you and your spouse ever had the conversation on whom you would allow them to have a “free pass” with?

For Pima, it’s #1: George Clooney and #2: Matthew McConnell (I think that’s his name. He played Mr. Darcy on one of the versions of “Pride and Prejudice”. I fact, I think Pima’s real #2 would just be Mr. Darcy  )

For me: #1: Sandra Bullock and #2: Courtney Cox.

Please, don’t get offended. It’s ALL hypothetical and intended as a joke between Pima and myself. Hopefully, you and your spouse see it the same way…

Me: Cary Grant (too bad he’s dead) LOL

Hubby: Maureen O’Hara (she might be dead, too!)

(We love old movies!)

mom2college,

I think my husband would choose Carole Lombard and for me it would have to be Jimmy Stewart.

Me: Alan Rickman or Jeremy Irons. Heck, I don’t even need to sleep with them, I just want to hear their voices up close for a few hours. ;)

H: Michelle Pfeiffer or Nicole Kidman (pre-plastic surgery).

DH: Susan Sarandon

Me: Jon Stewart or George Clooney

Me: the Colin Firth Mr. Darcy & Adam Lambert. Oh, and Cary Grant too.

DH: Jane Seymour & Grace Slick

I want to hear about your time with Adam Lambert!

(This shows my age) Having never seen the man, I knew 30 years ago that Gary Trudeau had to be my “free pass.” My funny bone is, apparently, my erogenous zone.

Interesting choices, I have never really asked H- although I know he has different taste in women than I would.
The last choice I heard was Connie Stevens- but that was probably 20 years ago.
I am definitely not blond and I can’t stand the Beach Boys.
;)

mafool- I like funny too- except David Sedaris’ voice is not so * sexy*- not to mention he wouldn’t be interested.

I’ll repost mine from the other thread:

Mine: Dr. Sanjay Gupta from CNN or maybe Harry Connick, Jr.

His: Michelle Pfeiffer or Sandra Bullock

that, and Keanu Reeves in The Lake House (Sandra Bullock movie)

I think husband’s would be Mercedes Ruehl (many years ago).

yep, EK4, funny is good. Smart funny is better!

Is she the actress who played the Mafia boss’ wife in* Married to the Mob*?

Nrdsb4- yes, I think she did.

Funny, D and her BF have joked about this because he (age 18) has a thing for Sandra Bullock. I said, “She’s almost the same age as your mother!” He said, “She doesn’t LOOK like she’s the same age as my mother.” And D will watch anything with Richard Gere. Of course, these are two teenagers who act like they’re 18 going on 40.

I think for me it would be George Clooney. H says he can’t decide, but in the past it was Kathy Ireland.

Dh seems to be rather partial to Josh Whedon’s leading ladies - especially the brunettes.

Me? Well I definitely like Nathan Fillion. George Clooney is darn cute. And while I always think I shouldn’t like him because it’s so easy, I really do like Hugh Grant.

Colin Firth for me, not sure about h’s.

Me: Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Johnny Depp

H: The star of Underwold (can’t recall her name…), Angelina Jolie

H would be Jacklyn Smith. Me - Robert Redford.

Well, mafool, Adam Lambert could just sing to me and I’d be happy. On the other hand, he did say he was bi-curious… ;)
