<p>Hey I just checked in on this forum and wanted to tell those remaining on the list - you are still on the list because someone from admissions is still advocating for you every time a spot opens up! I was admitted off 3 waitlists last year, all in May & June, and ended up matriculating at Harvard. So take heart - there is a reason you are still on the list - they are not just stringing you along. It doesn’t matter how late you are admitted - once you’re in, you’re in!</p>

<p>I couldn’t agree more with miakoukla. I was the last one (I mean I got a call in late August from Georgetown Med saying if I could get to registration by 9 the next morning I was in–I drove all night) and ended up being valedictorian. I opened my speech my saying “You remember how the Bible says ‘the last shall be first’? Well, everyone, here I am.” No one in my class ever knew until that moment my story of the phone call. If Harvard takes you, they want 100%</p>
<p>I was admitted to Harvard in late June and I mean late - in the 20s - can’t remember exact date.</p>
