Bumping this up
I think we are finally getting our primary bathroom remodel ready.
Met with our contractor, went to see a job she is presently doing. Went to a tile store to pick out tile. Already have a plan and cabinets picked out with a kitchen design place.
Going to post some pictures
This is the tile we’ve picked out. Will have dark green double vanity with a linen closet. Gold fixtures. I’d like to have double mirrors, to be determined if I will decide to have ones that light up.
Here’s the bathroom our contractor was doing. I’m not thrilled with the high walls, ours will be lower.
I sent these pictures to my daughter who said she wasn’t a fan lol! Her house is very modern. My taste is traditional with a house I’m trying to bring out of the 90’s.
We are going to put radiant heating on the floors. Any ideas if the electric system is ok or should we look at pipes. Have forced air heating so would have to install a ductless water heater. Would probably be expensive so the electric would be nice if it’s not a horrible choice.
If the bid comes in and it’s in the realm of what the contractor thought, my husband says we can look into doing the kitchen also.
I really really want to do the kitchen also!
