We are working to finish out the west half of our cabin’s lower level into two spaces—a bedroom (foreground) and a laundry room beyond that. Last season, we demo’d that area and installed flooring and paneling in the bedroom space:
Since we returned this season, DH has built the bunk beds:
He will tackle the space directly to the right of the beds as a built-in office/workspace. The wall to the left of the beds and the back wall will be finished out as separate cabinetry projects but probably not completed until next year. When finished, the cabin will have four bedrooms, this one in anticipation of “smaller” guests.
