Still waiting on other decisions, I’m hoping that I can come back here with acceptances!

My school only tells us our weighted grades out of 100. I am not in the top 10% of my class and I would estimate that my unweighted GPA is around an 88. But I have a 2300 SAT so that probly helped

I’m not interested anymore, but I’m amazed I even got a waitlist. I have a 3.3/1410.

Is this awesome thread still alive?

Well, regardless, if it’s any reconciliation for anyone, might I add that I was definitely well below a 1 or 2 in high school (I graduated with a 1.7 GPA overall (2.7 senior year GPA))

Went to community college for 1 semester, got a 3.4 GPA, applied to colleges and got waitlisted at UVA. If you ask me, that was a miraculous feat in itself. I was fairly shocked. I was sure I was going to get flat out rejected. So yeah, grades aren’t EVERYTHING. Good luck, everyone! God bless

@newjerseygirl98 I’m currently a freshman at BU! I loved Marist, it was definitely my second choice but I always wanted to be in Boston! Temple is a great school too! Good luck!
