dexter…for maths do barrons, the 8 tests will be enough.

But for physics, dont even touch barrons…it is the worst book ever.

If you want practice tests, go to www.sparknotes.com, there are 3 free tests for each subject. But u’ll have to make a new acct. for each test.

since youve already visted www.dpsrkp.net u should have a firly rough idea of how many people get in…but don’t be fooled by it as its quite inaccurate…a lot of students, atleast 20-30 more, don’t even inform the school ppl about their admissions…and most of the ones who do dont give out the whole thing…i mean the list of all the colleges they’ve got in…

neways do u have any other specific thing to ask me about my school??

vampiro, i actually wanted the book which covers all topics, not practice tests. Cuz on the CB tests, i always get one or two ques wrong which im afraid will pull my score down to 650-700 cuz of harsh math curve.

Not exactly but I am kinda hoping the number remains less for people going to US.
Actually on the forum there is very low activity. I have right now found 13 Indians whereas last year there were atleast about 30-35 Indians who visited the forum more than once (meaning they knew abt the forum).
and the 13 people includes ones seen on matts blog.

smartmind iam…i more concerned about maths IIC…i have been doing silly mistakes so i need more and more ractice…i dont think i need any more of the theory part cause theres nothing in the teststhat i don’t know…

well then checkout Barrons math workout and princeton Review. (I have not found a single question out of the course matter of this book…except for functions but I think you’ll be able to do that part if you know your ISC maths).Still I am not saying that functions is completely ignored. In all it has all the things. But check barrons also.
I think the workbook has theory and lots ( I mean LOTS) of practice q’s with explanations.
Check out your local book shop.
and btw 1-2 wrong will get you a 790-780 not below that.

yeah only 2 count me out.
My plan is to rock in boards so that if I dont get thru I atleast have a better record for next time.
and maybe I’ll get thru NUS.

wait a sec…why fretting abt maths 2 c coz u can get upto 6-7 question wrong and yet manage an 800 …
maths 1 c yes …curve is mean … for each leaaser raw point 10 point in score less…
why do u say u ppl will get a 700 when u are making only 1-2 mistakes
