The Indian Thread (TiT) # 14

well, that the only thing they are good for.

Also the book is good for one more thing…considering its sheer size it can be used to hit people unconscious.

haha reminds me of another funny incident!!..i once went to a book shop to buy pradeep’s chem…there was another guy who wanted to buy a book for AIEEE…the shopkeeper showed him a book which was actually thicker than the pradeep i was buying!!..the guy said
“Arre bhaiyee mujhe book padhne ke liye chahiye body-building ke liye nahi!!” :p:D:D

dexter u got info on the PSP or not…

dude i said give me some days…if u r in such a hurry then u might ask someone else to look up for u…

well… chemistry CBSE… the biggest suggestion is Pradeep or modern or anything NCERT is CRAPPPY( yes nothing is gud)

If u wanaa get marks in those chapters do board papers and papers and papers … thats the best way i guesss…

SM

i’ve only done 3 chapters so far… 3 big ones :(

well contrary to wat SM has said, i think NCERT is the only “sane” book to read for the boards…the thing is that if u r thorough with chem NCERT then you are giving yourself a clear chance of scoring a 90+…its really hard to “select” topics from books like pradeep because of the extra material given…heck i just did stereochemistry from there cause i had no clue how to draw all those weird fischer projections!!.. and yes sample papers are VERY important…more important than any kind of a revision…

yeah… im doing the questions of NCERT…
thats my my tution teacher recommended…

took chem tutions from JK Gupta, he teaches at DPS RKP… is vice principal there

well i agreee on NCERT but the point is i cant seem to get a bit of what that book says… its like all crazy …full of terminology and no explanation .It is so so difficult to do anything frm NCERT… but well no big option there is… lets see…

SM

dexter find out when you go…i thought u had already visited…

yeah of course… u r suppose to understand the chapter froma teacher before learning from NCERT

if u r learning from NCERT for first time… u wont understand a thing

i certanily will…i need to buy F1 jackets for my cousin in canada…he bought the ferarri one during his last visit and now he just can’t get over it!!..he wants a mclaren and a williams one now!!..lol!!..i think u can get everything “fakeable” there!!..i even saw sweatshirts of various univs like umich, cornell, harvard etc etc…bloody fakers!!
