Yes… its cleaner… has little or no tar… But then again… if you are sitting with a hookah for 45 min… you end up smoking in much more than when having a cigarette… You get much more nicotine in you…</p>
<p>But then again… if you don’t overdo the hookah… its certainly better than cigarettes … and does taste better :D</p>

ordinaryguy - ur right bout how we love justifying our hookahs… lol… but once or twice a week definitely is less harmful than cigarettes in my opinion… and also… i read somewhere that you can’t get addicted to hookah…
but… i think thats BS, because its got nicotine and nicotine is addictive… and i think im addicted to hookah !!</p>
