<p>I was there last summer ,just touring, Great campus.They have their own art gallery too.I think it was voted amoung top 3 picturesque US campuses.</p>

<p>I think UT Austin is way better if u are looking for solid Engineering curriculum. And as u are funded at both places i would prefer UT Austin over Rice anyday.</p>
