<p>I had thought of applying to a Canadian uni…but, then I found out that there is no aid…
The top ones are-

<p>Latin qualifies as being related to English, if you look at it from a certain direction. 
English nicks enough stuff off of other languages to be sort of their illegitimate offspring, really. Or something. It beats them up in the dark and rifles through their pockets for vocabulary and spare change.</p>
