ehhh???
What did I do?

No, that’s not true. My family’s total income is less than $50,000, yet my EFC is around $15000 (Savings, stocks and bonds, home value and lots of other things count towards EFC…)

Shrivats: I didn’t even realise I’d gotten 500. Thanks And um, could I borrow your brain for the exams? I don’t feel like filling mine up.

bas, I’m not logged onto Yahoo :)

Arit: You started the Fairy and the Kriti didi things, and um… I like hitting people. Asl my guy friends! :D

We’ll asl away… :)

Speaking of which (well not really, but generally…) How many of your Chem textbooks are intact?

arit – that EFC doesn’t make sense. What do they expect you to do, sell your house? :p

Shrivats – post 3534, sir.

And my Chem textbook’s in three pieces, divided beautifully into ‘organic’ and ‘not-organic’, and then further subdivided into ‘Stuff wot is before Thermodynamics’ and ‘Stuff after Thermodynamics’. :D

Huh, when did I do that?

And as usual, a genuinely sarcastic and intellectual comment (my daily attack of modesty) gets attached to the bottom of the page. Shrivats Syndrome mark 3 anyone?

@ Noldo: Ah, well too much Bernard Wooley will do that to you…

hmm…not really.
My parents have a lot of savings+assets…soo…
If you take $5000 from income and add $10,000 from savings…
yep $15,000

Heh. I like Bernard, though, especially when he sort of indistinctly mumbles Highly Amusing Things and shuts up when asked to repeat what he said.

arit – ah, that way. My parents’ combined income is $42000, virtually none of which ends up in savings accounts. Which is therefore problematic.

Mine’s even neater: Physical Chem, Inorganic and Organic. Couldn’t be better if I tried, or did I?

1500 page books will do that to you…

My all time favourite scene’s the strange incident of the key. (it’s strange, I can quote YPM without even trying to mug it, that must mean something, musn’t it?)

I love Bernard!

This pages thing doesn’t make sense to me, I use a 40 post per page layout, which is probably why I haven’t named the Shrivats Syndrome Part Three (should we make movies on these?)

Arit / Arti: Just run :)

My chem textbook is taped into one piece.

Gleee! Yes, that’s the best thing ever.

“I’m not the PM’s mother-in-law, Bernard!”

Ah must change my format then, I have 15…

Movies, nah, too modest… :D

My parents combined income is exactly the same : O
And since I live in Calcutta, our living cost is very low so most of it ends up in the savings account.

@ Noldo: The same affliction? Shrivats Syndrome the fourth (do I get copyright or should we call this one Noldo Mark 1?)

I need to know everything, not because I need to know it, but because I need to know whether I need to know it.

(I just love the snarky editorials as well)

Indian finances are very different from American ones, I don’t know how much my dad can really pay according to the EFC formula.

Backs off quickly… (Not for me the fate of aritct)
