Nah, Someone pasted the list of people who get in on Matt’s blog. That’s immoral.

And me 600th Post! Yay!

Psmith amuses the heck out of me, really. Mostly because he reminds me very strongly of someone I know.

FedEX does gives out, last year P’ton RD one Int’l called them and asked.

Shri u just crossed the 500 bar on TiT#15…now I should get alert…;)…

whoever’s calling DHL, or hunting reference numbers- please ensure that you do not pry on other’s packages.

Though of course Jeeves will always be Jeeves. (I’ve never really like the Wooster stories, though I’ve read all of them of course. What I love are the School stories and the Blandings Castle ones)

The unpleasant, acrid smell of burnt poetry. :)

Really? In that case, the minute I can get to an ISD centre (home phone only does local calls), I’m calling.
(Safer to call the US, I think.)

And of course I wouldn’t dream of asking for other folks’ info. That’s their business, but my package is mine.

Oh did I isaac? I’d never have noticed.
Thanks.

Poetry…well, I really lov Robert frost…

Though of course it would be a bit terrible to find out your rejection/acceptance from a FedEx Guy. Not exactly every college applicant’s dream. :)

DHL Number is coming busy. Hell!

Not really poetry Isaac. It’s a line from Wodehouse, one of my favourites.

Though the entire bit about speaking French’s brilliant as well. :D

I personally love all types of poetry though, with the singular objection of post-modernist/abstract verse.

The Wasteland, thou art lost on me… (With the exception of: "The world is too much with us, getting and spending we lay waste our powers, little we see in nature that is ours, we have given our hearts away)

I’m more or less the reverse. I love modernist verse, and tolerate everything else. (T. S. Eliot is God.
Though ‘Burnt Norton’ is my favourite of his.)

Might have something to do with the fact that modernist (ish) verse is what I write best, really.

ya…I know…but I really cant help mentionin about Robert Frost…n John Keats n simply amazing…

I just want to say good luck to all of you waiting to hear from MIT. I know exactly how you feel. ;)

abhi- please dont call DHL. It will start a fire and everyone will be calling before you know!

i dunno… i’m just scared that we will find out our decision before 9pm because my mind is mentally set to enjoy till then!

Ah yes, here it is:

Quite honestly, if I don’t get in, I will cry. And that’s pretty likely. (Cripes, I’ve just realised I’m the only girl on this thread. Iiiiinteresting.)

Shrivats – that quote is a thing of beauty. :D
