The Indian Thread (TiT) # 15

Congratulations. This club’s got it’s benefits.

Congrats, Shri…

Does it reflect badly when we get excited over the number of posts on a college admissions website? That’s not to say I won’t celebrate when I finally make “Senior” but I’m just sayin’.

Why yes it does fuzzy. (Thinks deeply for a bit :))

But I’m sure none of us care really, we’re confirmed CCers, and will always be… :D

Speaking of stats, has anyone else noticed the almost constant ratio of replies and views on TiT? As far as I can remember, it’s always been 10:1, which is a bit low compared to most threads. :)

Realizes this is concrete evidence he’s been on CC too long. :D

Hey Shrivats, I was about to post that 10:1 ratio…you read peoples’ minds too ? :D

@fuzzylogic…shuttle pics were amazing, thanks.

YESSSS !!! Successfully hacked my Rapidshare Account !! (For those who don’t know…I lost my password…and hacked one of the most secure file-uploading services on the planet :D)

Someone requested a book…I think it was fuzzy logic…on how to create keygens. Here it is.

We should meet. I once hacked ** to give my account access to the online tests. Not proud of it, but well. :p

wait, was there any official notification that NU will release its decisions on 28?

Nautty š†ud€n† ! :D

No, not really, it seems we’ve all been fooled a bit. The NU forum doesn’t have anything about it. Last year was tomorrow. Hence the confusion, I think.

Willard Christopher “Will” Smith, Jr. had a good SAT score…n he thinks that he could hav got in MIT (Now, this is confidence)…

Anyone here a fan of Chan Kong-Sang? (If u r not a fan then u probably should go for a trip for around the world in 80 days)…

Old news isaac, old news. (At least the MIT Will Smith thing, that’s been around forever, or so it seems :D)

Same for Ashton Kutcher.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15020992/page/2/

ya…n this time I hav revived the news…;)…(thought that this will ease up the decision atmosphere a bit…)

I should call it as an ‘‘Incarnation Period’’ for the colleges…(from 29th to 1st)…What do u think?..

Incarnation? Why? I’d consider it more as the End times, but that’s just my inner eschatologist speaking. :)

Well, a college can only run where there r students…and so when new students admits to a college, its a kind of incarnation for the college…
I would prefer the ‘‘End times’’ term when we will graduate…

CMU Second round are up everybody!

I’m going to spam till I get 1000. I can’t bear the smugness around here from all the Dubai folks.

Oberlin’s going to call me today to answer all my questions :D.

I wish I could post more…

Oh, and Hamilton’s decisions are online om the 29th, as well. 8.00 PM EST. FIVE decisions out for me that day. Brrr.

Re. issac in post 6156 – I know a former college professor who’s opined that his university would have been a lot better with no undergraduates in it. Of course, he’s also my grandfather, so make of it what you will.

And then of course, there’s Douglas Adams (writing for Doctor Who):

“When I was on the river, I heard a strange sound – a sort of babble of inhuman voices.”

“Oh, just the undergraduates talking to each other, I expect. I’m trying to have it banned.”

:D

Ah we smug Dubai folks. Hit the Word Association Games. :)
