The Indian Thread (TiT) # 15

I don’t have a blog either. Wait, I have around three blogs, each with only one post on them :)

Now I am starting a new blog and I hope to write frequently.

AARGH!! I’m mad at my parents. They not only want me to write the JEE, but want me to slog for it. Whats the point? I won’t go even I get an A.I.R. 1

Ouch. I can’t imagine having to do that after getting into Stanford. Still, you can always make nice patterns on the Multiple Choice. :D

I don’t have a blog either. Never really appealed to me…

I had/have a blog. Never update it though. :p

haha shrivats, that’s what I did in today’s mock IIT exam

tried to make a nice ‘S’

:D

hey guys…
i need help choosing between cornell nd Penn for engineering…
wich uni wud ull choosed out of these 2?

hey anuj, have you been accepted at both these places? Congrats!

With the info you’ve given:

I would choose Cornell for engineering. But that’s me. You couldn’t go wrong either way. Good Luck. :)

I would choose Cornell as well.

Hey inshallah, the invention was a marvellous one :D

And taemi…American girls aren’t that bad. ;)

I have a blog (just started it a few days ago)

http://above-average-genius.blogspot.com/

Name doesn’t signify anything :D

Joins the race of self promotion with taemi

@spacepirate…AIR 1 ? MIT may give you a call in that case…

@anuj…Cornell.

I’ll show MIT the door then! Once they’ve denied me, they will never get me back. Not even for grad school.

lol, jk. I will have no place to go for grad except Stanford then :D

I have blog too. About three posts, tha last of which is a very nice essay on Tambrahms written by my cousin and his batchmates, and embellished by me. I have been meaning to get rid of it, but what do you know1 I forgot the darn password. (not to mention the username). So it si stuck there as blogs don’t seem to dissapear if you don’t edit it for some time:

urbantambrahm.blogspot.com

Aaaaargh! I have killed the thread! two days in a row. Musty be becuse of Exam Week.

@spacepirate…My-oh-my…what an ego !

Wish I had the power to reject MIT for grad school ! :D

And I’m not sure if I should have posted my blog link…I cant edit my post now. Hope no-one clicks on the link (Ignoring the fact that people just love to click links on a link-deprived page).

I haven’t really added a sensible thing to my blog yet (Like excerpts from my life and fragile pieces of my thought, if you can call those sensible. :D)…At the moment, you can define it as an object of humor.

EDIT : Am I using too many ":D"s nowadays ?

I wasn’t serious about it pyro…

Oh well, so I’m still yet to find an Indian who’d reject MIT. :D

perhaps I just lost my anonymity on CC thanks to taemi… I so desperately tried to be evil over here… So TiTers, when u know my real name… don’t judge me by my evil spammings… rushes for the halo

surprise… I and taemi have met earlier as well…

Thanks Taemi and Kriti. Two great applications less, Now I have chance (:D)

Taemi: Neat Essay on Nukes. Argumentative Indian is one of my favorite books. In fact I am pretty sure my essay on Heterodoxy and Liberal Arts got me waitlisted(I was sure reject otherwise).

Oh no BVS…I knew about you on the day you were accepted. I rule the net(almost) :D

Mind if I link you on my blog ? You write pretty well. :slight_smile: I could revive my English a tad.

@Abhi…I loved Argumentative Indian too ! And look at the time of your last post ;)

bas-you were the only indian to go commenting on the MIT “Accepted” blog.
