<p>I took AP CS as a sophomore, Java is by far one of the most entertaining programming languages =] But, you don’t have to read up on APCS to learn it, just get to coding! trial and error and what not!</p>
<p>Oh, and at Carnegie Melon they developed some sort of program called “Alice” I think, to help people learn Java. You ought to look into it, it was the brainchild of that guy… who did the whole “Childhood Dreams” speech that died recently? I don’t remember his name o_O I’m pretty sure the software is available if you’re interested, but not completely. </p>
<p>I think the best part of college will be the freedom to pursue all interest, -sigh- <3</p>

But now, I H-A-T-E it.
Also, is it necessary to send AP score to colleges like the SAT/ACT. I just put mine on the app.</p>
<p>Yeah, that would be one of the best aspects of college. Especially if you’ve studied in India all your life.</p>

<p>Not only the freedom to study whatever I please, but the freedom to study however I please. I’m one of those people who truly enjoy learning, I just despise the regimented system we are currently expected to flourish in.</p>

<p>Um, if it’s being spoken I can most likely understand particular things, however, I can’t speak it… My parents and aunts and uncles used to teach me when I was younger, however, I never learned. </p>
