Lolwut anurag?

You’ve read James Joyce??? (Unless you’re talking about some obscure band I don’t know about and not the author. Which you’re not. But.)

If y’all had to kill someone, how’d you do it?

Harvard – Indians – aren’t-- what really? That explains a lot. I emailed my cousin who got into P’ton last year and he very nonchalantly told me nearly everyone who applied that he knew of got a Harvard interview last year and I O_O’ed. But then again, they were all DPSRKP kids (blechh).

EDIT: Quas, my favourite refrain when I’m mad at someone is “pull your intestines out using my stilettos as chopsticks and boil the rest of you in boiling urine,” but I’m not sure how I’d actually do it.

Chok gile debo!

Not bad megmeg!

LOL no! I haven’t read James Joyce. Tried reading ‘Portrait Of The Artist…’ once and couldn’t get past the first 2 pages. I got that line from ‘Dead Famous Writers’. Randomly remembered it for some reason after ‘Ay caramba’ and so posted it!

I hated Portrait! I mean OK, hate is a strong word, but…yeah. I didn’t really like it except for some parts. Don’t try to read it again.

Ulysses might be better though! I dunno.

@meghna
My dad should take some lessons from yours. My dad actually wanted me to go 4 hours early for an interview last year!!! His reasoning don’t take chances

LOL wow Mael your dad reminds me of somebody I know.

^ Same here

James Joyce was a mad****. He gets an idea and then thinks of the obscurest way to convey it to the reader… or atleast that’s what I made out from reading 2 pages. :p

He spent 17 years writing Finnegans Wake, ended up creating his own language for it and coined nine 101-letter words in it!

That actually nearly makes me want to read Finn. :p

You do that on your own :p

Oye! Do I ever make you read anything you don’t want to? Did I force you to finish Green Plums even though I did? Huh? HUH?!

:p

I’m finishing it! 20 pages a day!

Not my fault!

No, absolutely not.

How’s Caucasia coming along?

It’s really good! Read 150 pages yesterday evening. Give it a shot.

I will. 74 others to finish first though.
