[Herbalife Battle Shows How the Game Is Rigged - Bloomberg](<a href=“Bloomberg - Are you a robot?”>Bloomberg - Are you a robot?)

Doct, good article. When I see a hedge fund manager pushing his position publicly, I don’t see a strong position.

I don’t remember hedge fund managers coming out so publicly with their postions years ago.

Must be harder to beat the market for these guys. (I might give Icahn a pass. He has a pretty damn good record).

They’re just doing what the mutual fund managers did before they got slapped on the wrist for it and had to stop doing it. Talking their book.

Yeah - he’s pretty much in a class of his own.

I heard that Intel is doing Voluntary Separation Packages from an insider. Better than involuntary but still a bit worrisome.

BCEagle91, thanks.

I looked at intc options and they are just too low…like usual.

Ddd was hit pretty good today. Glad I am not short puts there.

I would like to see a small sell off. I would like to sell some otm spy puts.

I might not do anything today. I have no orders.

JCP will likely lose against Macy’s lawsuit regarding Martha Stewart merchandise. Once a verdict is reached, I think JCP is a buy.

The financial stocks are moving with the news in the Italian election. Apparently if Berlusconi wins, it’s the end of global finance and the world shortly thereafter.

Razorsharp, you better buy jcp. You have had some good calls.

Are you still playing around with GOOG or are you done?

No…I am not done with goog.

I am short a couple of puts.

I want to sell more. I am waiting.

Are you done with goog?

Still holding long. If I take profits, it will be to buy a Google Glass. Only three days to go.

How about those ddd1 3/1 30 puts?

BCEagle91, that would be cool.

Ddd is not doing it for me right now. I am going to be on the road this Thursday and I do
not want to have to pull off to the side of the road multiple times to ckeck on ddd because
Ddd is trading all over the place.

looking like the cr** that was going on with aapl

Vapor ware is back. Profit margins in this space are going down. It is a cut throat game.

Good for consumers.

Bought a small position in 3/16 IAU 14 calls for 1.5

Well, because I am generous, and my short pos in gold is long term, I wish you good luck in gold.

I wish them luck. Isn’t motorola google’s phone?

[FixYa: Apple’s phones 3 times more reliable than Samsung’s - Apple 2.0 -Fortune Tech](http://tech.fortune.cnn.com/2013/02/23/apple-samsung-reliability-fixya/)

Google makes money on the ads on the phones, not the phone hardware. So they benefit when there are more phones out there whether they are cheap or expensive.

Google owns Motorola but it doesn’t appear that they’re really doing much with them.

Firefox is launching a phone around summer and they have around 16 carriers that have signed on. I think that the attraction on the Firefox phone is that it’s really cheap. I may get one for my wife or son just because I used to work on Firefox.
