I think its overly scatological…I can’t believe a university will endorse a bunch of twenty year olds who have nothing better to do than sit around and joke about sex. I think the three other papers are much better. Did he seriosly wear uggs? Now that is funny.

the first and second times i was handed a copy i wasn’t asked if i was 18 - the third time i was. i don’t have that much against it being a “club” or whatever it is at ucsd - i just don’t think they should have been forcing it down people’s throats - especially at admit day with all the parents there. there was a family behind me that was yelling “why are they passing out pornographic materials at this school?? there is no way you’re going here.” so that kinda sucked for that kid.

Gosh. It would have sucked if that kid only got admitted to that school. MQ was mediocre, the Koala was just pure trash. I thought the satire version of the guardian was well done.

I haven’t looked into at all so I guess I’m being kind of lazy, but does anyone know if it’s hard to be on the Guardian staff? & does anyone know about UCSD college radio?

he didn’t even ask me if i was 18 (but i am) and he even handed my 12 yr old brother one! i told my family to throw them away after i saw the picture… -____-

there were more than one koala guy? Well i guess so because mine didn’t have an Elvis wig. I think it gets boring after the intial “*** is this?!?!” wears off.

its called “the truth about ucsd” and saitirizes those who run for positions in associated students…and makes fun of how they spend their money. its clever. there is also www.youcsd.org or www.youcsd.com
