<p>Thanks, limetime. Actually, my prestige-whore parents are pushing for Hahvahd. However, Columbia did send a really nice UPS letter today. I felt like I got into Hogwarts; I came home just moments before the bell rang. I opened the door and there was a mysterious piece of parcel. No one was outside. It took me a while to realize that the return address was Columbia…haha…but as soon as I found out, I ripped opened the package. lol.</p>
<p>Don’t worry, hookem168. Were there any other schools you applied? Any school you do decide to go to would be lucky to have someone as engaging and fun as you! You helped make my Yale CC experience a wonderful and memorable one. I barely touched the other forums (i.e. Princeton/Harvard) because of that. :D</p>

<p>-Best Honors Program at UT-Austin (Plan II Liberal Arts)…< 20% acceptance rate. CCers got likelies from Ivies and got rejected from it.</p>
<p>-Davidson. One of the top-ranked LACs. Located in NC.</p>
<p>-Vanderbilt. Top 20 Academically. Bit of a party school. Very Southern.</p>
<p>-Duke. My current top choice (and FinAid seems doable).</p>

It’s down to Cornell vs. Williams for me, it’ll be a tough choice (but I secretly LOVE Williams). But definitely going to Previews at Williams. You better come, too!</p>

<p>@ChandlerBing: I got into CAS at cornell. Pretty exciting! However I do not like the fact they don’t have their fi aid online like everyone else and are making me wait to compare everthing! And haha I was pretty happy with the waitlist. Now I just need to find a way to convince them to take me off it and move me into Yale ;)</p>
<p>@hookem: now who will I have a Texas BarBQ with, but Duke is pretty awesome and so is UT PlanII so you have some tough but very rewarding choices</p>
