My prom’s on the 29th June. And I won’t have a date, but except for those who’re going steady probably no one will. It is a lot more formal around here. First a dinner with your family and teachers, and later at about 10 pm the dance itself starts.
And I have to learn dancing first. Meh…I don’t like ballroom dancing. I feel like a bloody idiot.

Sorry Prateek. But at least you’re not rejected.

Here the closest thing there is to a prom, is a “continuation party”
I mean it more like, in two parts. The first is the farewell hosted by the school…with all the teachers and all. Our juniors put up a show and give us awards and stuff…pretty formal cuz it’s more like a school function.

And the party itself…well…again its hosted by our juniors at night…it more like any other party in a nightclub…no teachers and parents though :p

Although it affects your meninges (which are hopefully INSIDE your body), in can be caused by bacteria infections, certain viruses, and cancer.

It’s a pretty general term meaning anything that causes an inflammation of that area.

another lass here – Dbate, I think just balloons will be enough to sweep her off her feet.

…sigh prom. At least I’ll go to prom breakfast, I guess? Our school doesn’t really do the “go to prom stag/in friends groups” kinda thing. and it’s NOWHERE as formal…the dance atmosphere is most like an urban club, which means there is a LOT of grinding going on. (and this is why I don’t want to take an awkward guy friend to prom!)

if she gets embarrassed easily, the balloons might not be such a good idea lol
i like the suit idea though, and if she wants to go to prom with you, just asking her should be enough-it’s how I got my grad date
