<p>Whoa there, is that a credible source? Why would Penn and Princeton release acceptance rates before releasing decisions, and how on earth is Princeton’s rate over 11% while Dartmouth’s is around 11%?
That doesn’t seem right to me…</p>

<p>I really hope it’s 21% this year. And I hope I’m part of this 21 %. But then I guess my chances are higher at Yale, since Yale’s needblind and Penn is not. I don’t think I’ll get into either of them to be honest, they’re both my top choices though.</p>

But if their admit rate change from 17% - 21% and 9% - 11% - logically it means they have increase their freshmen class right? (assuming yield is approx the same?)</p>
<p>^^^^^ Yield will not be the same. Its going to be all out of whack this year as kids search around for the best financial aid packages.</p>

<p>Ehh I got waitlisted at Amherst today, yet I was accepted to Williams yesterday?
What on earth? What a strange process admissions is…</p>
<p>BUT the Williams acceptance package was amazing, the acceptance letter was personalized and included some of my activities and stuff haha. Marketing ploy it may be, but it sure as hell is working on me :)</p>
<p>So speaking of Fiaid, does Yale list theirs online with your admissions decision ( if you’re accepted that is) or do you have to wait for the mail?</p>
